Cheetah FC To Unveil 10th Anniversary Logo On 8th January

Division 2 side, Cheetah FC have announced that they will unveil their 10th anniversary logo on Tuesday, 8th January 2019 at the team’s secretariat inside Kasoa at 7pm.

Formed in 2009, the club has built a strong reputation for producing young talented players in Ghana and beyond.

2019 marks 10 years since the formation of the Club and this according to Club President and founder Abdul Hayye Yartey, will be celebrated as they have lined up series of activities throughput the year.

“Cheetah fotball Club will be be 10 years old this year, 2019 and we have lined up many activities to celebrate this young but vey successful journey as a Club. We will however start of with the unveiling of our 10th anniversary logo at our Clyb offices inside Kasoa”, Yartey mentioned.

“After that we will then announce the next batch of activities lined up for the celebration, but all will come in due time.”

In attendance will Ghanaian international, Ishmael Yartey and Ghanaian music icon Kofi Kinaata.

Cheetah FC has produced very good players for both local and European clubs and the Ghana National Teams (Starlets), (Satellites) as well as the senior team, (Black Stars).

Notable among these players are New Castle United’s Christian Atsu who is now a key feature for the senior nation men’s football team, Black Stars.

Alhassan Wakaso, Mohammed Iddriss and his national under-17 colleague Emmanuel Toku and Ernest Ohemeng are but a few of the players that the Kasoa based side has produced in its short but illustrious existence.
