Black Satellites Draw 2-2 With Shooting Stars In Friendly


The Black Satellites of Ghana on Wednesday afternoon drew 2-2 with Shooting Stars in a friendly match played at the Accra sports stadium.

Kwadwo Poku opened the scoring for the Satellites in the 34th minute before defender Adams Mohammed added the 2nd goal in the 45th minute.

Rising Stars fought hard and managed two last minute goals in the 89th and 90th minutes to end the game 2-2 with Kyei Baffour and Godswill Vadze getting the goals.

The game saw the presence of Black Stars general captain Asamoah Gyan and his brother Baffour Gyan who were there to motivate the players as they prepare for the All Africa Games in Morocco next month.
