Arthur, 22, joins the Phobians after a brief stint with Algerian side AS Aïn M’lila.

The Phobians took to their official twitter page to make the formal announcement.

“We are delighted to announce the signing of striker Bernard Arthur. The former Ghana youth international has signed a long term contract with our club,” a tweet by the club said.

The terms of the contract were not disclosed.

“Growing up Dansoman football has always been my dream and Hearts of Oak has always been my heart. It’s also been my dream to wear the Phobian colors,” Arthur said during his unveiling.

“I am here to win as a team, not as an individual. I am here to help Accra Hearts of Oak”.

Arthur has also had stints with Liberty Professionals in Ghana and Azam FC in Tanzania.
