Mark Noonan Leaves Hearts Of Oak


Chief Executive Officer of Hearts of Oak will not return to the Club as he is currently in the his country USA attending to family issues.

Mark left Ghana a few weeks ago to attend to some pressing family matters and the Club accordingly issued a press release on that.

However after a Board and Management meeting on Thursday night, it was decided that the American will no longer return to the Club.

This news came as a shock to many Phobians in and around the country because of the structural changes Noonan brought to the Club, one of which was the change of the logo.

Many have tried to read meanings into the departure of Mark Noonan, but Ghana Soccer News investigations have revealed that one of the main reasons why he left was due to the lack of proper competition in the country at the moment.

The Club has since replaced him with Frederick Moore as the new Chief Executive Officer
